Welcome to the KND Oekaki! Before beginning, please be sure to glance over this short list of rules and guidelines so as to make the board more enjoyable for everyone.
1) Please keep all comments polite. Constructive critiscism is allowed, but flaming or insulting others' art withough just cause will not be tollerated.
2) If you don't have time or the patience to finish a picture, you can always use the 'safety save' option at the end of your session to store your picture for 10 days and continue it later. Be sure to use this rather than simply uploading and continuing an unfinished work later.
3) Please try to spend at least 30 minutes on all of your drawings. While the timer itself is not important, the point of this rule is to make sure that everyone is only uploading art that they've put effort into, rather than flooding the board with multiple, simple 15 minute doodles. If you seem to be having trouble spending this long on your art, there are many new things you can try, such as adding a background or some shading.
4) While drawing a ton is great, do remember that there are many users on this board. So try to keep your drawing amount down to one picture a day on average (two or three is fine for a special occasion, but don't make it a habbit). Of course, this only tends to be a problem when people are breaking rule 3 as well, so again think of this more as a guideline and use your own judgement. ^_^
Multiple violations of any of the above rules will result in a warning PMed to your oekaki mailbox. If problems continue, you will be temporarily banned for a week. However, with each violation, the ban will become longer and longer as need be.
